from my experience with nuffnang:
i’m a nuffnang glitterati member. since i joined nuffnang a few months after they began business, i’ve cashed out about rm2000. i’m not a big blogger mah. but they have always paid on time. it used to be 2 months between cashing out and receiving cheque. but now with the glitterati membership, i cash out end of the month, wait for one month then i receive the cheque.

using advertlets is playing with fire. though u may THINK u earn more but like everyone else, its just gonna click fraud bla bla yada yada. No point in arguing because they ACCUSE and we cant do anything bout it.

Hmmm so i am not the only one with alleged “Click Frauds” and “Delayed Payments”.

I’ve been asking Josh & the Advertlets Support for so long via email, and there were so many emails back and forth. My payment have been held back since November 2007. Sigh!!!

So in the end did u get your payment from Advertlets?

sigh.I really hates advertlets.They promise me to send my earning.But there’s still no sign of my earning arrive at my home.Then they accuse me for fraud click.Before that they said there’s some auditing problem.Reading your article makes me want to change to nuffnang.

Anyway, thx for the info about advertlets.Gotta tell my friend about this.

My first Advertlets cheque came to me in early March. I requested on 29th December 07. Date of the cheque was 29th Feb. Fortunately it came…… phew, we’re talking nearly RM 500 there.

After that, I had another cash-out request on 13th Feb 08 – till now it’s still processing. Early days, I could get like RM 10 – 20 per day under the exclusivity plan. After that it went to around RM 3 – 5. after that it’s like 30 sen per day.

I’ll probably write a review on them soon.

Btw, shouldn’t any click fraud have been check even before any cash out? Why wait till cash out only check for click fraud? Check for click fraud first then if detected, deduct the amount from the amount collected so far, then when cashing out, the remain cash is supposedly legitimate to be cash out, so processing should be fast.

From my point of view, it sounds like anyone cashing out from Adverlets will be delayed by this click fraud thingy. There can be a few reasons, cash flow is not enough to be paid out to bloggers so create excuse for delay, purposely hold back paid out for non celeb blogger until they discontinue from Adverlets then no need to do paid out, and lastly spending & budgeting was not planned out properly the money was used somewhere else so have to delay paid out.

Advertlets is such a crap in the way of doing business. Accusing click frauds really unethical, humiliating and disrecpect to the people who hosting their ads. Even it is happening, they should just investigate behind and pay the money which they think is without click fraud. You cant just go tell the person, hey you XXX, you are cheating ! This kind of service really sux to max !

I was once a user of Advertlets until i discover innit and the power of exclusive Glitterati member. Now after reading your post i began to understand why Nuffnang choose to distinguish itself with its asian advertising counterparts. I sympathies with you.. Nuffnang all the way!
