Replied within 1 hour from Phyllisia Ng. And it was off office hour at 11:30pm. Woo, that is really a great support indeed. But not good for personal life. We should not be doing any office work when at home. Hmm… Maybe she was still in the office that time. Oh no… That’s even worst. :P

Anyway, the support from Innity team is getting better by using email rather than their support ticketing system. Remember to email them and not using any online support system. Their email reply is lot faster. But the earning from Innity still under perform when compare to other company. Less reader will click on image CPC ads. So less income. Wish that there will be more CPM ad campaigns given. ;)
