Eat less and exercise more.. Yup. We should not eat too much because our brain will be less effective when we are too full. And then we will become lazy to do anything (at least for me). And by exercise more, we can build up our body and reduce weight. In addition, our brain will act faster and more efficient. And don’t forget to drink lot of water.
