Getting a full frame camera without a good skills and composition is not gonna help you produce amazing pictures. it is not much of the camera, it is the skills of the photographer. HD video is what put Canon in the lead and it offer new potentials (related to the wide range of lenses) that "standard" video camera don't have. Also relying on a good AF system if you shoot fast action sports because I always manually override the AF to make the camera see what I want it to see :) PS: Go for the Canon 7D. I now shoot the whole wedding with it.
