Hehe… Another photoshopped payment statement. This Innity payment does not count as 5th because it is a late payment. Late payment cannot be counted in the journey to be SP Blogger’s Certified Make Money Tool. Hopefully, coming March payment won’t be late again. Should be able to get it on 14/05/2010. Let’s wait and see…
Bank Negara Malaysia has launched a probe into The Gold Label Sdn Bhd under suspicion of conducting illegal deposit taking and money laundering activities. The company had breached subsection 25(1) Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA) and sub-section 4(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 (AMLATFA) respectively, BNM said in a statement here on Friday… (link)
Did you ‘invest’ in The Gold Label? My friends did buy some gold bars from The Gold Label. Getting 3-5% monthly interest while holding the chocolate gold bar. They will buy back from you when it’s mature. Sound really good as you can get fast cash in short term. Too bad that I did not invest in it last year. Else I will be visiting its Penang office right now.
If everyone is taken out their money from The Gold Label now, I am sure that The Gold Label won’t have so much cash flow to pay it all back. Better be the first few to grab your precious money back. Or lose everything…
By the way, BNM said public should be wary of investing in get-rich-quick schemes to avoid losing their savings and money to fraudulent parties. Further information on illegal financial schemes can be obtained from the Financial Fraud Alert site at http://fraudalert.bnm.gov.my.
Innity ~ another Advertlets wanna be? Innity was not able to pay its publishers last month. Announced “Payment will be issued by 30 April 2010. Apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused”… Well, I still did not get any Innity payment as of now. Really scare (Advertlets case makes me hardly to trust local advertising company). Therefore, I checked out Innity stock price ~ INNITY (0147).

The Company wishes to announce that the percentage of public shareholding spread of Innity based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 3 May 2010 is 24.71%
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”), a listed company must ensure that at least 25% of its total listed shares are in the hands of public shareholders (“Required Public Shareholding Spread”). In this respect, Innity has not met the Required Public Shareholding Spread given that less than 25% of its listed shares were in the hands of public shareholders.
The Company will be submitting an application for extension of time to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(4) of the ACE LR.
Innity will monitor its shareholding spread and is currently in the process of exploring feasible measures to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread.
Seem like some public are dumping Innity stock… Did some checks again, found out that Innity biggest share holder is Jobstreet Corporation Berhad. JOBST (0058) stock is performing very well lately. Err… Don’t want to continue searching.

Uncle Sha from Singapore is facing the same issue like I did 2 years ago. He made a conclusion that Advertlets is a scam. You will see a lot of interesting stuffs when you search ‘advertlets scam‘, ‘advertlets suck‘, ‘advertlets not paying‘ keywords at Google.
