Hmm… I am not a Google Chrome fan. I use Firefox most of the time. But this Chrome extension ~ iPageRank ~ SEO Tool for Chrome really makes me wants to use Chrome. This plugin gets PageRank and calculates how much PR is transferred to external links, analyzes keywords, Alexa, TIC…

iPageRank

iPageRank New Features

  • Shows PageRank in Google search results and highlights your websites in the search results (with position)
  • Gets Alexa
  • Gets тИЦ (TIC) from Yandex
  • New toolbar added that automatically moves when mouse is over it.
  • Shows keyword frequency and performing keywords (ie in title, headers, description etc). It will alert you of user defined keywords when found.

PageRank in Google search results

Love this feature. Firefox should have similar SEO add-on like iPageRank. Going to search for it. By the way, I am not sure about the accuracy of iPageRank. Do let me know after you try it out. And no worry, I will still comment at your blog even your PR is 0. :P

Remove inactive links

Yup, removed those inactive links. Exchange link will improve our blog’s Google PageRank. The more incoming links, the higher PR that we will get. Of course, these incoming links must be from quality websites. Else Google will not like it. Same apply to outgoing links. Google does not like us to link to broken website (HTTP 404 error), illegal sites like gambling, porn, sexual related sites… Personally, I don’t like to link to unmaintained sites (those blogs that did not update for at least 3 months) and sites with no follow link in exchange. No PR juice will be given on no follow links. What is the point to have that incoming link?

Google PageRank April 2010 Update

Finally… Google gives JayceOoi.com back its PR4. Yoo… Yoo… Yup, Google updated its PageRank on April 2010. Personally, I don’t care much on PR. But higher PR does make your blog value up a bit.

Google incoming links update

Hmm… How does Google counts the incoming links? I don’t know. Do you? Anyway, here are the incoming links for all my blogs…

As at 9 October 2009
JayceOoi.com – 225 links
spBlogger.com – 118 links
PrettyGirl2u.com – 128 links
Forum.JayceOoi.com – 71 links.

Hey… Compare to 19 July 2009, JayceOoi.com and spBlogger.com dropped. But the other 2 up. Why I cannot get more than 1000 incoming links for JayceOoi.com???

Google PageRank updated again?

Yeah… I just checked Google PageRank for my blogs. 1 of them increased from Level 1 to Level 2. Hehe… It looks like playing RPG games that we need to fight lot of monsters in order to advance to next level. However, Google PageRank does not require us to fight monster but get as much as incoming links.

JayceOoi.com got Level 4 2 years back. But dropped to Level 3 and did not manage to climb back again. Anyway, Google PageRank is not everything. I still getting traffic from search engine like Google, Yahoo and Bing. :)
