US Stock Market
Dow Jones (-2.22%), S&P 500 (-2.28%) and NASDAQ (-2.33%). Moody’s downgraded Greece to Caa1 from B1. The Institute for Supply Management’s manufacturing index for May fell to 53.5, falling short of economists forecast for a 57 reading. ADP showed private-sector payrolls added only 38,000 jobs in May, fell below the 170,000 private sector jobs economists were expecting.
Malaysia Stock Market
FBM KLCI advanced 1.62 points to 1,558.04. Surprisingly, KLCI managed to hold on ground while other stock markets dropped 1% after US big drop last night.
