Remove inactive links

Yup, removed those inactive links. Exchange link will improve our blog’s Google PageRank. The more incoming links, the higher PR that we will get. Of course, these incoming links must be from quality websites. Else Google will not like it. Same apply to outgoing links. Google does not like us to link to broken website (HTTP 404 error), illegal sites like gambling, porn, sexual related sites… Personally, I don’t like to link to unmaintained sites (those blogs that did not update for at least 3 months) and sites with no follow link in exchange. No PR juice will be given on no follow links. What is the point to have that incoming link?

Busy… Busy… Busy with finding lot of dofollow with CommentLuv blogs lately. Without NoDoFollow Firefox add-on, my life will be hard. You need to view the source code of the links one by one without the help of this add-on. By looking at the code, if you find rel=”nofollow”, then the link is not being followed. Therefore, no Google PageRank link juice will be passing to that website. Just imaging that you need to see the source code the manual way. Lot of time will be wasted by highlighting the link, right click, and click on view selection source. Remember that you need to do so on every blog.

NoDoFollow in action

There are 2 colour of links when you enable NoDoFollow Firefox add-on. Purple colour links are dofollow while pink colour links are nofollow. So I cut short lot of work with this little simple add-on. I am on this colour mode for few days. And will be in the coming days too. Did you have this NoDoFollow installed at your Firefox? If no, grab yours now – link.

Google incoming links update

Hmm… How does Google counts the incoming links? I don’t know. Do you? Anyway, here are the incoming links for all my blogs…

As at 9 October 2009
JayceOoi.com – 225 links
spBlogger.com – 118 links
PrettyGirl2u.com – 128 links
Forum.JayceOoi.com – 71 links.

Hey… Compare to 19 July 2009, JayceOoi.com and spBlogger.com dropped. But the other 2 up. Why I cannot get more than 1000 incoming links for JayceOoi.com???

How much incoming link do you have?

Incoming link is very important to all of us. Especially in search engine world. The more incoming links you have, the higher your website will be placed. That’s mean more traffic from organic source ~ search engine. JayceOoi.com has 60 incoming links back on 11 Nov 2008. How about now? It should be better, right? Yaya… But still not so good enough. It has 254 incoming links now.

Well, I am writing this post because I want to keep track of my blogs incoming link. And here your are…

As at 19 July 2009
JayceOoi.com – 254 links
spBlogger.com – 134 links
PrettyGirl2u.com – 113 links
Forum.JayceOoi.com – 37 links.

I always envy to those websites that have so much incoming links. How do they get so many link?

I was shocked when I see this. JayceOoi.com incoming links is getting lesser. Huh? What is going on here? I got around 100+ incoming links to JayceOoi.com. But now left only 60. Oh no…

60 incoming links only

How to check my blog incoming link at Google? Just type “link:http://jayceooi.com” at Google search box. Or put http://www.google.com/search?q=link:www.jayceooi.com at address bar. Change www.jayceooi.com to your own address. You should able to get the incoming link number then.

The higher incoming link number the better. It will increase your Google PageRank.
