Well done Vibrant, Google AdSense, ContextWeb and BlogAds. All of them hit record high on December. Once again, Vibrant is the big boss. It is really the king of in-text ads. I published Infolinks and Kontera ads previously. They could not even come near to Google AdSense earning, not to mention overtake it like Vibrant did.

1 USD == 3.0168 RM. Err… USD is getting weaker each day. Look like this dropping trend will continue on year 2011. Hopefully, increased blogs’ traffic can cover currency conversion loss.

By the way, this is my last Internet income report. Thanks to those who follow these reports. Hopefully, it encourages you to continue blogging. I did a proof of concept myself. Online blogging really can bring revenue to you. It replaces my 8 to 5 daily job. You can do the same too.

November 2010 was great ~ a record high on monthly earning. And Vibrant Media was the big boss this round. Vibrant, Google AdSense and ContextWeb hit record high again too. Well done to them. Of course, increased blogs’ traffic helped to generate more income too. As I said, focus on quality of the articles, people will come and re-visit your sites again…

Yeah… USD 1888 ~ Chinese love number 8 == rich and prosperity. But 1 USD == 3.0585 RM. US Dollar currency rate is decreasing fast lately. Therefore, Ringgit Malaysia is getting stronger which turn into less earning for me. Nuffnang is the only income source from Malaysia. And it contributed 5.76% of total income only. This means that almost 95% of my income is from US. So strong USD currency is very important to me. How about you?

Based on past years experience, Q4 is the best quarter for Internet earning. No more 13th month bonus when I was employed. So increasing earning in Q4 is like the bonus for me. And congrats to Google AdSense and Vibrant Media on hitting the record high. Well done…

1 USD == 3.0980 RM. US Dollar currency rate is increasing due to Europe financial issue. Thanks to that, Ringgit Malaysia is dropping a little bit. Hopefully, it can continue to going down so that US earning will be even more.

Congratulation to Google AdSense. It is still the best income generator for me. And it broke US$ 500 level. Luckily, Vibrant is back on track too. By the way, ContextWeb is not a new advertising company. It was ADSDAQ (they changed the name). Local advertising companies are not performing well. Getting lesser and lesser ads from them. And I am sad to say good bye to Innity due to under-perform lately. Hope that Innity can back to the games when its technology channel has more ads. Or maybe they can add more channel to JayceOoi.com?

1 USD == 3.0664 RM. Ringgit Malaysia is not increasing in value while US Dollar is not dropping anymore. This is good. Hope that US will increase the interest rate sooner and push USD back to higher level so that I can earn more since most of my incomes are from US.

JayceOoi.com has 182,661 visits (28,183 Malaysia visits & 40,259 United States visits) and 381,403 pageviews in September 2010 compare to 55,689 visits (17,878 Malaysia visits & 6,979 United States visits) and 89,486 pageviews in September 2009. US traffic increased a lot for the past 1 year. Thanks to that, earning increased too. RM 3520.91 vs RM 1604.23 (2009).

My 2 cents… Focus on US traffic if you want to earn more money. Hopefully, I can reach my target RM 5,000 or 300,000 visits per month sooner.

Welcome BlogAds to the family. I like it because it is a fixed monthly income. Advertiser buys your ad place on monthly basis. Of course, you won’t have any income for that month if no advertiser at all. Yes, Google AdSense is getting better due to increasing traffic from US. Luckily, AdSense is here to help cover poor performance from local advertising. Else a full time blogger like me cannot survive…

Err… As expected, USD is getting even lower this month with 1 USD == 3.0511 RM. Bad for US earning but good for buying gadget from US. Just bought some camcorder lens and accessories from US last month. Cannot find them in Malaysia. Not for sell yet.

Dreaming… If 1 USD was 3.80 RM like before, my earning will be RM 3367.97 (USD 886.31). That’s RM 633.54 different. Well, this is give and take. Lower income but buying cheaper stuff from US…
